Map of Tropical Storm Allison

June 8, 2002: One year after Tropical Storm Allison -- It was one year ago this weekend that Tropical Storm Allison slowly drifted over Houston, and then stopped, dumping huge amounts of rain on a city that couldn't handle it.  The resulting flooding set new records for damage and changed many lives forever.  Jack Williams spoke with Harris County Emergency Management Coordinator Jim White, Dave Irvin, who was in charge of most of the recovery at the University of Houston's Law Center, and KUHF meteorologist Mike Arrelano, to take a look back at a storm that won't soon be forgotten.  Click here to listen.
